Possibly in March or April.

The timing coincides with Fox stepping down in June.

Makes absolute sense- the three North American leaders to discuss North American issues.

What do you think Amigos?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11453282.post-1140279483875619552006-02-18T11:18:00.000-05:002006-02-18T11:18:00.000-05:00I think you've got the point. The press will complain no matter where he goes first, just to complain.Loyalisthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15077915661688419630noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11453282.post-1140279315404770012006-02-18T11:15:00.000-05:002006-02-18T11:15:00.000-05:00I'm a little confused about the point you're tryin...I'm a little confused about the point you're trying to make, but I'm going to comment anyway.

Let the media complain about Afganistan. Some of them are going to complain no matter where he goes. I can't think of a better place for Stephen Harper to go.

Paul Martin would probably go to Torino for his photo op, or check the polls to see which is the most popular place for his visit. We need to remind people that Canada is still in Afganistan fighting the Taliban and trying to free the people there. All you need is a brief look at the recent history of Afganistan to know that they deserve our support.

Softwood lumber is a dispute about money that's been going on since 1982. Afganistan is about peoples' lives. The man who's making decisions that's going to affect our soldiers and the people of Afganistan should go and see the country for himself, not for popularity, but because its the right thing to do.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
