It was Costa Rica not Belize. He would have to speak English in Belize.
The Liberal/Criminal Party of Montreal should be on trial - not just the petty thieves who did their dirty work - even if those petty thieves managed to grab 13 million dollars for themselves, it pales in comparison to the amounts stolen by Liberals as a whole.
