Harper Hits Back At Brison

Free Dominion reports that Stephen Harper is about to sue Scott Brison for defamation over comments that he and the National Citizens' Coalition were engaged in illegal unregistered lobbying during his period as president of the NCC.

While this lawsuit will likely be dropped once Scott Brison makes a reasonable facsimile of a genuine apology in the House for his comments, just starting one is a sign that the Tories are finally willing to play rough just like the Liberals.

Let Brison be forced to eat his words before the House. It'll help render him hors de combat for the election.

see if the cbc or CTV gives the apology as much time as they give the accusations, though....
